Massage Therapy is defined as the assessment of the soft tissue and joints of the body and the treatment and prevention of physical dysfunction and pain of the soft tissue and joints by manipulation to develop, maintain, rehabilitate or augment physical function, or relieve pain.

THAI YOGA MASSAGE
Thai Yoga Massage incorporates breath awareness, stretching and deep rhythmic pressure to loosen and elongate muscles, allowing the body to realign itself into its most balanced state. This massage takes place on mats on the floor. Please wear loose comfortable clothing to allow for ease of stretching during the massage.
AROMATHERAPY
Aromatherapy employs the use of pure botanical essential oils which are aromatic and medicinal in nature. A customized blend is created to suit your individual needs and assist the body with the healing processes of many acute and chronic conditions. The oils are then applied through a soothing and relaxing massage.
REFLEXOLOGY
Reflexology involves stimulation through accupressure of reflex points of the head, hands, and feet. These points correspond to all of the organs, glands, and systems of the body. Reflexology helps to balance the flow of energy, revitalize and assist with natural defense, and promote stress relief.

Cancellation Policy
Please understand that your booking holds a reserved time slot at my clinic. This time slot is required to be fully paid on the day and time of the session. This is a no tolerance policy which will be enforced.
Missed or cancelled appointments fees:
50% of booking fee (48hrs to 24hrs notice)
100% of booking fee (24hrs or less notice)

Kelly has been personally involved with holistic and natural therapies for over 15 years.
She completed her Bachelor of Science from York University and continued her studies to become a Registered Natural Health Practitioner with certifications in Thai Bodywork, Aromatherapy, and Reflexology. She further completed the Massage Therapy program at the Canadian College of Massage And Hydrotherapy becoming a Registered Massage Therapist.
She maintains and enhances her skills with continuous personal research and studies alongside professionals from across the country.
Kelly's drive and determination to have a healthier lifestyle has transmitted to others as she supports and encourages her clients on their journeys to discovering solutions and treatments that work best for them.
